ARodg graduated from the School of Hard Knocks with honors and has worked a variety of jobs (from waitressing to marketing) to support her writing habit. She was a staff writer for crimescene.com; a semifinalist for the Chesterfield Grant; and, freelances as a copy writer. She authors and manages two web logs, Writer Chick Talks and Sarah Flanigan - Simply Put which enjoy a large readership. She lives in California with her dog, her cat and several hundred dog-eared mysteries and can often be found, donning a floppy hat and pulling weeds in her garden.
